Mesh Nebulizer Unit for Horses: NEBU-TEC SaHoMa®-II

The SaHoMa®-II mesh nebulizer unit from NEBU-TEC is the core of the SaHoMa®-II inhalation set for horses. Using piezo ceramics and a perforated mesh disc – whose holes are about 20 times finer than a human hair – the inhalation solution is converted into an aerosol with an MMAD of 3.92 µm without heat generation. This particle size is tailored to the anatomy of the horse's deep respiratory tract. As a consumable, the unit should be kept separate for each inhalation solution to prevent cross-contamination.
