Horses change their coat twice a year from a thicker, plush winter coat to a thinner, fine summer coat and vice versa. For some horses, this shedding period is very strenuous. Especially horses suffering from eczema can be particularly susceptible to infections during this phase.

To ensure your horse receives valuable support during periods such as shedding season or in case of eczema, SPEED ZINC boost offers an optimal composition for best bioavailability from organically bound trace elements and vitamins: Zinc, in particular, plays an elementary role as it has positive effects on the regenerative capacity and barrier function of the skin. Zinc also makes an important contribution to the immune system. Enriched with biotin and vitamin E, metabolic functions and the formation of harder hooves and a healthy coat can be promoted.

Composition: Alfalfa (ground), apple pomace, linseed meal, dextrose.

Analytical constituents: 13.00 % crude protein, 5.00 % crude fat, 16.70 % crude fiber, 8.50 % crude ash, 0.70 % calcium, 0.30 % phosphorus, 0.10 % sodium.

Additives per kg – nutritional additives: 25,000 mg Vitamin E (3a700), 500,000 mcg Biotin (3a880), 25,000 mg Glycine-zinc chelate hydrate (solid) (3b607).

Feeding recommendation: 5 g per 100 kg body weight/day, 1 measuring spoon corresponds to approx. 20 g. Sufficient for a large horse (500 kg) for approx. 60 days. We recommend a feeding period of up to 8 weeks.
