Stübben STEELtec Loose Ring Snaffle 2226 SWEET Copper – Single Jointed

Gentle action and high acceptance – ideal for young horses

The single-jointed Stübben STEELtec Loose Ring Snaffle 2226 with SWEET Copper mouthpiece is one of the most popular bits in equestrian sport. It offers a comparatively mild action and is therefore particularly suitable for young or sensitive horses. The quiet mouthpiece distributes pressure evenly across the bars, while the center joint reduces pressure on the tongue.

Flexible rings and proven bit design

The freely moving rings ensure that the bit is automatically positioned correctly in the mouth when the reins are taken up. The horse can also move the bit independently in its mouth, which promotes chewing and increases acceptance. The loose ring snaffle is therefore an excellent choice for riders who want to give precise aids without excessive pressure.

SWEET Copper – for a pleasant mouthfeel

The sweet-tasting SWEET Copper mouthpiece is very well accepted by many horses. It consists of 90% copper, 7% iron, and aluminum – it is nickel-free and extremely robust. Additionally, it can promote chewing and thus support salivation.

STEELtec quality – for durability and safety

As with all STEELtec bits, Stübben guarantees high-quality workmanship without sharp edges. The special design ensures durability and minimizes wear on the joint connections and ring holes.
