Heparlind Liver Herbs
To activate liver function
Metabolic waste products, environmental toxins, pesticides, heavy metals, mycotoxins, feed additives, medications: The body must excrete all these substances. This is hard work for the liver. If it is overburdened, substances are temporarily stored in the body in tendons, ligaments, connective tissue, and the intercellular space. Therefore, a detoxification cure is repeatedly necessary. The liver is a tireless and very tolerant organ; it continues to work even when severely damaged, without complaining through pain. Liver damage is also often overlooked for a long time because we hardly notice changes in the skin color or eyeball in horses. Only the skin with dandruff, eczema, mud fever, and rash indicates an overburdened liver.
Heparlind is an herbal mixture to stimulate liver functions. These herbs are indispensable because they are missing from pastures. In parallel, kidney activity should generally be stimulated with Lüneburg and/or Rhenalind herbs during detoxification so that toxins are excreted more quickly, ideally in alternation. Often, promoting blood circulation is also necessary, which can be achieved with willow bark/meadowsweet or ginkgo from PerNaturam.
