KEP Riding Helmet Cromo 2.0 Matt – Evolution of the Classic Cromo
The KEP Cromo 2.0 Matt is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy and represents the technically revised version of the well-known Cromo riding helmet. The modular system allows for quick changing of the visor, as well as the front and back inserts, via a mechanical lock. This ensures the helmet remains visually flexible and adaptable in the long term.
The outer shell is made of polycarbonate using an in-molding design – lightweight, stable, and durable. The further developed Air-Control-System with additional ventilation openings at the back of the head improves air circulation and supports constant temperature regulation inside the helmet. Ventilation grilles can be individually adjusted, allowing the airflow to be precisely adapted to training or weather conditions.
The hand-stitched leather chin strap with a 5-point system keeps the helmet stable on the head, while the new inlay made from softly processed, ecologically sourced material ensures high wearing comfort. It is removable and washable at 30 °C by hand or machine, thus maintaining hygiene and fit long-term.
An integrated NFC microchip is located under the front insert. Rider health data can be stored on it via the KEP app to speed up first aid in an emergency.

Note on Size Selection
The inlay is included. If the size falls between two options, exchanging it for a second inlay may be sufficient. This reduces delivery time and allows for quick adjustment – suitable inlays are linked under "Accessories."
