Our Payment Options – Flexible and Secure

We offer you a variety of payment methods so that you can complete your order conveniently and securely:

1. Payment in advance / Bank transfer

  • Transfer the invoice amount to our account in advance.
  • Upon receipt of payment, we will dispatch your ordered products immediately.

  • Please always state your order and invoice number as the purpose of payment.

2. Payment by direct debit (via PayPal Plus)

  • After placing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal's encrypted payment dialogue.
  • There, you enter your bank details, and the invoice amount will be automatically debited.
  • Advantage: No PayPal registration required – this option is also available for non-PayPal users.

3. Payment by credit card (via PayPal Plus)

  • Secure and fast: You will be automatically and securely redirected to PayPal's payment dialogue.
  • A PayPal account is not required.
  • No additional costs will be incurred.

4. Payment by PayPal

  • Log in with your PayPal user data and pay conveniently via your PayPal account.
  • The payment methods stored with PayPal are available to you.
  • Note: You need a PayPal account for this payment method.

5. Payment by credit card (directly)

  • Payment is made by PIN, signature, or the security code on the back of your card.
  • The amount will be deducted from your card's credit limit and will appear on your monthly statement.

6. Payment via Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, the provision of the service. You can find the invoice terms here: https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_de/invoice?fee=0.
  • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the other conditions specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.   • Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct Debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the date by e-mail. (Please only list payment methods that you actually offer.)

The use of payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit assessment. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
