Our Return Policy

• You have 30 days to return items.
• Returns are free of charge for you.
• Important: Please ensure that the goods are returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions

• Reduced items can only be exchanged within the 14-day cancellation period.
• Feed is generally excluded from exchange.

After the Return

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive:

• For an exchange: The new item will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
• For a return: A refund to the original payment method.
